What sizes do KEYSOCKS come in? How do I know my size?

KEYSOCKS are One Size Fits Most women shoe size 5 to 12. Wide Fit: for 17" calves and Wide shoe sizes 5 to 12. We recommend you pull the sock over your calves first and then fit the toes for the best fit

What materials do you use in KEYSOCKS?

We use different fabric for our Winter Warm, Classic and Barely There KEYSOCKS.

What is the difference between the Winter Warm and Classic KEYSOCKS?

Winter Warm KEYSOCKS have a similar thickness to a tight. Classic KEYSOCKS are similar to a dress sock. Winter Warm KEYSOCKS are designed to keep your feet and legs warm for colder months. The Classic KEYSOCKS are antimicrobial and cool your feet 1-2 degrees in warmer weather. BARELY THERE is a nylon making it the perfect trouser/dress sock to wear with heels or flats.

Which KEYSOCKS do you recommend for wearing heels?

We recommend wearing the Classic or Barely There with heels. If you prefer a nylon, Barely There is the answer.

Won't my legs get too hot in the summer or warmer climates?

KEYSOCKS Classic are made from a cofee charcoal blend which filters and absorbs sweat and odor to keep feet cool and comfortable in warmer climates yet warm and protected in colder temps.

How long will it take to get my KEYSOCKS? Shipping methods?

Domestic U.S. Orders: Orders with standard shipping will arrive approximately 5-7 business days after you place your order. Priority orders will arrive approximately 2-3 business days after you place your order. International orders: Orders are delivered via USPS and typically takes 7-14 days depending on your location. All International Orders (including Mexico and Canada) are charged $13.95 for shipping, regardless of order size. We aslo offer FedEx International Economy. What if I don't like them? What is your return policy?

Our customer's satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the socks to us, and we will issue a full refund, or exchange the item for a different style/color. No questions asked, no hassle. Please email help@keysocks.com and we will issue a Paid Return Ship Label.

How do I wash my KEYSOCKS?

We suggest machine washing in cold water, with like colors, and tumble dry on low. If you're using bleach make sure that it’s non-chlorine.

What makes KEYSOCKS different?

Why not offer KEYSOCKS in an ankle length or mid-calf?

The knee high length is what makes KEYSOCKS stay in place and not slip into your shoe. We have tested ALL lengths from mid-calf to ankle, and they do not stay in place! Once you slip on your KEYSOCKS you will not know you are wearing them, they do not move! Your calves will thank you for the extra support!
